Embrace Balance Yoga was born organically as a result of recent personal growth experiences and my love of yoga. My mission is simple: Within a comfortable environment, I strive provide people with the opportunities to build on their strength and flexibility; explore the many ways “balance” is nutured and strengthened through yoga practice and embrace social connection.
